Exchange Policy
The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within 7 business days of receiving it. This right is not valid after the specified period.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the shipping costs if exchanging a product. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
If the product was manufactured according to the consumer’s request or specifications.
If the product is a newspaper, magazine, publication, book, or other copyrighted material.
If the product has a defect due to misuse by the consumer.
Return Policy:
The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by the store within 24 hours of receiving it. This right is not valid after the specified period. To return a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used it or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
